Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "dv999", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the dv999 gaming platform operated at dv999.bio under an internationally recognised gaming license.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the dv999 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the registered user profile created by a Player on dv999, comprising login credentials, PKR balance, transaction history, and bonus wallet.
• "Platform" — the dv999 website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, live casino, and all associated services accessible via dv999.bio.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupees, the primary transactional currency of dv999 accounts for players based in Pakistan.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits granted by dv999 which are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a Player must stake using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x).
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including CNIC submission and proof of payment method, required under the dv999 anti-money-laundering policy.
• "Self-Exclusion" — a voluntary restriction placed on a dv999 account, preventing the player from accessing gaming services for a defined or indefinite period.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory in which accessing or using dv999 services is prohibited by applicable law or dv999 policy, as updated from time to time.

By creating a dv999 account, making a deposit, placing a bet, accessing any game, or otherwise using the dv999 platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the dv999 platform and close your account. Continued use of dv999 following any published amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

dv999 reserves the right to require Players to re-confirm acceptance of updated Terms at any time by presenting a notice on the Platform requiring affirmative acknowledgement before gameplay may resume.

To access real-money gaming services on dv999, Players must complete account registration by providing accurate, complete, and truthful personal information. The following conditions apply to all dv999 accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one dv999 account. Duplicate registrations — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All registration information, including full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and CNIC number, must be accurate at the time of registration and kept current thereafter.
• Account Security: Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their dv999 login credentials. dv999 shall not be liable for any unauthorised access to an account resulting from a Player's failure to safeguard their credentials.
• Non-Transferability: dv999 accounts are personal to the registered holder and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. dv999 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rs 200 to dormant accounts after this period, deducted from any remaining balance.

All dv999 accounts are subject to mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Players must submit the following documentation before withdrawal requests can be processed:

dv999 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 14 days of request may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. Any account found to have been opened using falsified or misrepresented identity documents will be permanently closed and all associated balances forfeited.

All financial transactions on dv999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals for all Pakistani players:

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: Rs 500
• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Omni, Meezan Bank, and major credit/debit cards where available.
• dv999 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the same name as your dv999 account. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• dv999 reserves the right to reverse deposits it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 1,000
• Maximum single withdrawal: subject to your verified account tier and may be capped at Rs 500,000 per transaction for standard accounts.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability.
• Standard JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. dv999 will not process withdrawals to unverified accounts under any circumstances.
• dv999 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Express withdrawal services, where applicable, may carry a nominal processing charge which will be disclosed at the time of selection.

dv999 offers various promotional bonuses to its Pakistani player base, including but not limited to welcome deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. The following general terms apply to all dv999 promotions:

• Eligibility: Players must have a fully verified dv999 account to participate in any real-money bonus promotion. Duplicate or self-excluded accounts are ineligible.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, specified individually per promotion (standard range: 20x–40x the bonus amount). Until wagering is complete, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games contribute 10%–20%; sports bets contribute as specified per promotion. Contributions are detailed in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account.
• One Bonus at a Time: dv999 players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Activating a new bonus while another is active will result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Abuse: dv999 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk or hedging strategies to meet wagering requirements, systematic exploitation of welcome offers across multiple accounts, or coordinated abuse between players. Accounts engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and winnings forfeited.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the dv999 platform:

7.1 Sports Betting

• All sports bets on dv999 — including cricket, football, UFC, and other markets — are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are not guaranteed until the bet receipt is issued.
• In the event of a match abandonment or postponement beyond 48 hours of the scheduled start time, dv999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• Obvious error odds — where a price has been set due to a technical or human error at a level substantially different from the true market price — will be voided at dv999's absolute discretion, regardless of whether the bet has been accepted and a receipt issued.
• Maximum payout per single bet: Rs 5,000,000. Accumulator payouts subject to separate maximum limits as displayed in the betting interface.
• dv999 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse bets from any player, at any time, without providing a reason.

7.2 Casino & Slots

• All casino games on dv999 use certified random number generation (RNG) verified by independent testing laboratories.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, the round will be voided and stakes returned to the player's dv999 account.
• Published RTP percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.
• Maximum bet limits per game are displayed within the game interface. Placing bets exceeding the displayed maximum is not permitted and may void associated winnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dv999 platform. Violation of any prohibition will result in immediate account suspension, balance review, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using a dv999 account while under 21 years of age
• Providing false, incomplete, or misrepresented identity information during registration or KYC
• Opening, operating, or using more than one dv999 account per individual
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or using dv999 as a vehicle for money laundering
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage on dv999
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the dv999 platform
• Colluding with other players in any dv999 game, including poker, live dealer tables, or sports betting syndicates
• Placing bets on events the outcome of which is known to the player at the time of bet placement (match-fixing exploitation)
• Systematic arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profits regardless of outcome, where dv999 determines such strategies constitute abuse
• Accessing dv999 from a prohibited jurisdiction using a VPN or other masking technology
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing dv999 staff, support agents, or other players

dv999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its Pakistani player base. The following responsible gaming tools and policies are in effect on the dv999 platform:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from within their dv999 account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure alerts that notify them when a defined duration of continuous play has been reached.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period, after which the account is temporarily paused from further real-money play.
• Reality Checks: dv999 can display periodic reminders of time spent and net session results during active gaming sessions.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary self-exclusion from 24 hours to 6 months from within the account Responsible Gaming panel. The exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of request and cannot be reversed during the active period.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently close their dv999 account and never return may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting support at [email protected]. Permanent exclusions are irrevocable.

By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have also read and accepted the dv999 Privacy Policy. Key data processing principles include:

• Personal data is collected only for purposes directly related to account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, and responsible gaming obligations.
• dv999 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Player data may be shared with regulatory authorities, licensed payment processors, and fraud prevention services where legally required or operationally necessary.
• Players retain the right to request access to their personal data held by dv999, request corrections, and request deletion subject to legal retention requirements.

All content on the dv999 platform — including but not limited to the dv999 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of dv999 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dv999 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any dv999 content for commercial purposes
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any dv999 software
• Creating derivative works based on dv999 intellectual property
• Using the dv999 name or branding in any context that could imply endorsement or affiliation without written permission

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dv999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill arising from use or inability to use the dv999 platform, whether direct or indirect
• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, connectivity issues on Pakistani network providers, or force majeure events outside dv999's reasonable control
• Losses incurred as a result of a Player's own breach of these Terms
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to properly secure their dv999 account credentials
• Losses or delays in withdrawal processing attributable to the policies or technical limitations of third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank

In all cases where dv999 is found liable by a competent court or arbitral tribunal, dv999's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dv999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account, at its sole discretion, with immediate effect, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 8
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Receipt of a chargeback or reversal instruction from a payment provider
• Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age
• Request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency

Upon account termination, dv999 will conduct a balance review. Verified cash balances held in compliant accounts will be returned to the registered payment method. Bonus funds, pending promotional credits, and any funds associated with a breach are not eligible for return.

Players may also choose to close their own dv999 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, with the cash balance returned to the Player's verified payment method.

dv999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated to Players via:

• A prominent notice on the dv999 homepage and login page
• An in-account notification visible upon next login
• Email notification to the registered account email address, where applicable

Amended Terms will take effect 14 days after publication, except where a more immediate effective date is required by regulatory obligation or urgent operational necessity, in which case the amendment takes effect immediately upon publication with retrospective notice to Players.

Players who do not agree with any amendment should close their dv999 account before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the dv999 platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dv999 holds its international gaming license. Any reference to "applicable law" within these Terms refers to the laws of that governing jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and dv999 arising from these Terms or from the use of the dv999 platform, the following dispute resolution process applies:

1. Step 1 – Internal Resolution: The Player must first submit a written complaint to dv999 support at [email protected]. dv999 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 14 calendar days.
2. Step 2 – Escalation: If the Player is not satisfied with dv999's response, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under dv999's gaming license.
3. Step 3 – Arbitration: Where alternative dispute resolution does not resolve the matter, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable jurisdiction. Arbitration decisions are final and binding on both parties.

Pakistani players acknowledging these Terms understand that the governing jurisdiction for dispute purposes is not Pakistan, and that Pakistani courts do not have primary jurisdiction over disputes arising from the use of dv999. By accepting these Terms, Players accept this jurisdictional arrangement.
